10/1/10 Friday It rained on and off today and I mostly stayed in the trailer cleaning and cooking.

10/2/10 Saturday Kristin, Paul, and my four grandsons came to Houlton today and I had lunch with them. It was really nice to be able to See conditions for free shipping and reduced promotional shipping rates that apply on the Holiday Shipping Promotion. them again before leaving this area.

10/3/10 Sunday I moved about 150 miles southwest today to Palmyra, ME and checked into the Palmyra Golf and RV Resort. It's a nice, quiet campground.

10/4/10 Monday I moved about 150 miles south today to Eliot, ME in the far southeast corner of Maine and checked into the Indian Rivers Campground. Then I unhooked the trailer and went out for the lobster dinner that I've been looking forward to for a long, long time.

10/5/10 Tuesday I drove almost 300 miles today to Oneonta, NY and am spending the night in the parking lot of a WalMart. I'm really worn out tonight. The route was I-95 south to I-495 south (the bypass around Boston) to I-90 west to I-87 north (the bypass around Albany) to I-90 west to I-88 southwest.

10/6/10 Wednesday Today I went from Oneonta, NY to Hagerstown, MD. It was about 300 miles. Spending the night in the parking lot of a Sam's Club. The route was I-88 southwest to I-81 south.

10/7/10 Thursday I drove 285 miles today to Hillsville, VA and am spending the night at the Lake Ridge RV Resort. The route was I-81 southwest to I-77 south.

10/8/10 Thursday I drove 215 miles today from Hillsville, VA to Greer, SC via I-77 south, I-85 west, Hwy. 29 west. I'm spending the night on the parking lot of a WalMart here in Greer.

10/9/10 Friday I moved the trailer today to where I'll be staying for a while. I forgot to chock the wheels and as I was setting it up it rolled backwards about four feet which caused the front support to dig into the soft ground. That stopped the motion but left me with a two hour job digging and jacking to get it up on its levelers. By the time I got done I was exhausted and then a couple of hours later I started having problems with my heart rhythm. I went to bed and by 9 PM the heart settled back down to a regular rhythm. I'm going to try to take it easy for a few days and get rested up.

I'm in Greer, SC to help a friend who is trying to get a business started. The product is organic, natural, high quality dog treats.
