Lima Bean and Ham Soup
1 lb Dried Baby Lima Beans
1 Grated Carrot
½ Small Onion, finely chopped
Water to cover (maintain sufficient water in pot).
Cook until beans are slightly softened.
Add:
½ lb diced Ham
1 ½ T. Ham Soup Base
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Continue cooking until beans are done but still firm..
