Crab and Rice Casserole

1 small Bell Pepper and
1/2 small Onion, diced and sautéed in:
1/2 Tablespoon Oil
5 Fresh Button Mushrooms, chopped

2 C. Cooked Rice
1 C. Imitation Crab Meat
1 can Cream of Celery Soup

2 teaspoons Chicken Base, stirred into:
1 C. heated Milk

8 ozs. Swiss Cheese, grated or shredded

1/2 teaspoon Salt
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Dried Mustard
1 teaspoon dried Parsley (or 2 teaspoons fresh Parley)
1 Tablespoon dried Chives
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Bake at 300 degrees F. for 30 minutes
